DESIGNING YOUR CAKE
Things to think about when deciding on the design of your cake include:
How many people you are feeding?
Will you be serving it as coffee servings (1" x 1" x 4") or dessert servings (1" x 2" x 4") ?
How many tiers are you after?
do you prefer a fondant (smooth icing) or frosting look for the finish?
Would you like all tiers to be cake or would you like dummy tiers to achieve the look you are after?
Do you have a picture of a cake you would like us to draw inspiration from?
Is there a budget you are working to?
